Debt Recovery Officers
The primary responsibility of the debt recovery officers is to deploy administrative methods to collect all debts to be specified or owed to your organization such as; to get information on your accumulated debt and debtors, correspondence with your debtors to schedule payment terms and ensure payment of such debts as and when they are due. Weekly or monthly reports are submitted to your outfit for substantiation.etc.This department has been designed to function proactively with well built software that would enhance its collection process.
Legal Front Office
LEGAL FRONT OFFICE is made up of lawyers, legal experts and dedicated court officers and clerks who work to meet the legal stages of the recovery process when the need arises. At EXPERTS CONSULT, delays and non compliance are not entertained due to the nature of our recovery process.
I.T. Department
We have a unit called the INFORMATION DESK OFFICE which is made up of I.T. personnel whose duty is to electronically compile all cases to allow fast retrieval of files and documents in the office for prompt action for the benefits of our clients
